No. Nakama and Libala are rented by reservation only, for one event at a time: the whole room is yours and your guests'.

Up to 500 people in each of the two rooms.

From 8 a.m. in both rooms. Final closing at midnight at Nakama and 3 a.m. at Libala. If your night has to go past midnight, it's Libala.

If your event ends after 10 p.m., the room must be vacated at the agreed time, no overtime. No need to pack everything up in the night: you can come back the next day between 10 a.m. and noon to finish cleaning up and collect your things.

Nakama, the games room, until midnight: ideal for happy hours, student nights, birthdays, team buildings and social events. Libala, the reception hall, until 3 a.m.: ideal for weddings, galas, pop-ups, DJ nights and parties, conferences and game screenings.

At Libala, yes, with your alcohol permit, or you let us run the bar from 100 guests, or you hold an alcohol-free event. At Nakama, no: Funamis runs the bar, and you have no permit to get.

Yes: you can bring your own caterer or your own food. You can also go through our partner caterer, who already knows the venue: we put you directly in touch, and you agree on the menu and price with them. Their service is not included in the room price. No cooking on site; chafing dishes are allowed in both rooms.

Yes, liability insurance is required if your day ends after 10 p.m. with more than 100 people.

Yes. The first visit is free ; additional visits cost $50. Choose a time slot from our tour calendar : no need to contact us.
